Why Support ALYN?

 

The 2012 Adas Israel Confirmation class will be spending two weeks in Israel this summer as part of the Abe and Minnie Kay Israel Experience. In addition to sight-seeing, learning and bringing to life 11 years of Jewish learning, the students will engage in many tikkun olam programs. One of these programs will be visiting ALYN Hospital in Jerusalem to see the innovative work that is being done there. The students will embark on a fund-raising bike ride after their visit and are committed to helping the physically disabled children of ALYN. Please help the 2012 Adas Israel Confirmation Class help ALYN tranform disabilities into abilities - by being as generous as you can.

ALYN Hospital is Israel’s premier comprehensive rehabilitation center for physically challenged and disabled infants, children, adolescents and young adults. ALYN has everything under one roof to provide customized, multidisciplinary rehabilitation, empowering children to reach their highest possible levels of mobility and independence. The generosity of our friends makes it possible to meet the annual funding shortfall caused by health insurance companies reimbursing only a portion of each child's exemplary care.
